Reduced Fee Referral Program
The Morris-Sussex Reduced Fee Referral Program is a program available to litigants in Morris and Sussex Counties who do not qualify for legal services and/or the Public Defender but who cannot afford to hire an attorney. Individuals who meet the income requirements for the program will be referred to an attorney who may represent them at a reduced rate.
To apply for the program, you must complete the program application and submit the completed form with the application fee to the Morris County Bar Association.
**The Lawyer Referral Service will be CLOSED March 27th-April 5th, 2021. During that time, no requests via the website or telephone will be responded to. Referrals will be responded to beginning April 6th in the order in which they were received. Thank you for your understanding**
The Morris-Sussex Vicinage Reduced Fee Referral Program takes cases in every Division in the Superior Court and on the Municipal Level.
